Prof. Sonia Katyal @BerkeleyLaw #24 on the list of Top 100 legal scholars. Speaking of law review articles, one of her papers recently got accept by the Yale Law Journal, which I am told by reliable sources is rather a big deal. 👏👏👏 #theotherkatyal 😂

God's eye view 24-hour replay of Operation Epic Fury.
The Iran strikes kicked off and I set an AI agent swarm loose to record every OSINT signal I could find before the caches cleared. Built a full 4D reconstruction in WorldView.
I can scrub through minute by minute and watch the whole thing unfold on a 3D globe:
> Airspace clearing over Tehran
> Ground strike coordinates locking in
> Severe GPS interference blinding the region
> EO and SAR satellites making passes over the strike zone
> No-fly zones locking down 9 countries
> Shipping fleets scrambling at the Strait of Hormuz
It's pretty amazing how complete of a picture you can build without "proprietary data fusion" -- one dev with public signals and a love for computer graphics and geospatial intelligence.
Thank you for all the love on my last post. Dropping WorldView in April. This my friends is just the beginning.
@DriveKyte@turo@TuroSupport@turo@DriveKyte I’m still waiting on my refund from two canceled bookings. It’s been well over 5-7 business days since you cancelled my trips.
A lot of beauty + humanity in @pau_aleikum's synthetic memories talk. At a time we're questioning a lot of the uses of #AI, this one I think this is pretty amazing.
Can #AI preserve your most precious memories? (@domesticstream | TED2024) https://t.co/uVz7bGOvH5 via @TEDTalks
Will spatial intelligence help AI understand the physical world? She teased it a bit in her @TEDTalks last April, and now @drfeifei comes out of stealth!

Loved this convo btw @bilawalsidhu and @NitaFarahany - the idea of being served ads while asleep is…um…troubling. I hope we can get ahead of some of these issues! https://t.co/5Kru2EXlGO
Launching Today: Going Home by @niceaunties
We’re excited to host the launch of the latest piece by @niceaunties, known for her projects that always carry a powerful message. "Going Home" is no exception.
↓ Here's why:
Did you know palm oil is the most widely used vegetable oil in the world, helping make products like ice cream smoother? However, in some countries, it’s illegal to sell products labeled “No Palm Oil.”
Most palm oil comes from Southeast Asia, where its production is devastating habitats and putting species like orangutans at risk. As plantations expand, they cause deforestation, reduce biodiversity, and displace local communities. The industry also contributes to air pollution and carbon emissions.
While groups like the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil aim to promote eco-friendly practices, their impact is questionable. The severe effects on wildlife and local communities highlight the urgent need for stronger conservation efforts.
The artwork "Going Home" tells a poignant story set in this turmoil. It begins with orangutans and aunties escaping a burning rainforest. One orangutan shares, "It was difficult at first... all that burning... the smoke... I think about them, you know? My family... friends... my home. Then the aunties took us to these doors... I was scared at first..." The aunties rescue the orangutans and lead them through doorways in trees into another world—perhaps a parallel universe or a vision of the afterlife.
This piece perfectly illustrates how art can also be used to convey an important message.
