It was an honour to attend and speak today at the opening ceremony of 27th Shouguang International Vegetable Science & Technology Exhibition. I highlighted Pakistan’s unique agricultural attributes, vast market, and varied opportunities for deeper collaboration in agricultural innovation, greenhouse technologies, and healthy food chain. Pakistan is honoured to be invited and participate as Guest Country of Honour, especially as we mark 75th anniversary of Pakistan–China diplomatic relations. I also had insightful exchanges with industry leaders and government counterparts. Weifang and Shouguang are birthplace of agricultural industrialization. The expo is curated annually professionally & thoughtfully, with creative and engaging displays throughout.
