A Breakfast Like No Other.

After years of savoring this daily delight, I’m excited to share my ultimate breakfast recipe with you. Born out of the challenging days of Covid, this meal has fueled my mornings and kept me feeling my best. Now, it’s your turn to enjoy!

Ingredients (adjust to your preference):

1/3 cup Organic Quick Oats

2 tbsp Raw Organic Pumpkin Seeds

1 tbsp Organic Bare Almond Butter (super smooth, no sugar)

1 tbsp Freshly Ground Flax Seeds(Optional: 1 tbsp Chia Seeds)

2/3 cup Organic Wild Frozen Blueberries

Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk (or Regular Milk), just enough to cover the oats

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and store in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, add a pinch of sea salt, mix everything together, and enjoy. The salt enhances the natural flavors, making each bite irresistible.
