EHRA day 3 - a great case in the Clinical Case Corner earlier today by Dr Yuichi Hanaki from Japan.
Fascicular VT with decremental evoked Purkinje potentials beautifully illustrated on mapping before ablation with good clinical outcome.
There was a lively discussion on possible underlying mechanism of the decrementation.
