@BoseService My Soundlink Mini was given in for repair the 18th of January to the Bose service center in Gurgaon, India. Full payment for parts to be ordered was made same day. Have been waiting since then (3 months!) with no end in sight. Service center and helpline of no help

@myvoltas Got a call from your team who were if no help. Your policy of charging for a ‘free’ service if the physical bill cannot be shown makes no sense. Can someone senior who can actually do something about my concern call me instead of call centre execs who just read from a script?

@Garmin My Montana 650's rubber power button broke. The India Garmin dealer told me it has to go to Taiwan for repair via RMA# 623209 and I shipped the unit directly to Taiwan myself. I am now being charged more than half the price of a new unit. Any way to address this?
