Most Linux and Unix users constantly download programs without a valid signature even if in this case as a program that will be running constantly on a Windows machine as you mentioned you shouldn't run it and either should Microsoft Security allow you to run non signed programs on a Windows 11 machine.

@robertgraham There is literally no different between a non signed program with a valid key and a signed one without a 256 sha key. You may also just download the binary and upload it to a trusted source and have it scanned.
