Coincidentally, the counter to what is stated by @PunchTantrum is given by today's Atharvana Veda Parayanam at @sringerimath during Sharada Sharann Navarathri Darbar.

Today's Atharvana veda parayanam is of three parts.

First one attributed to Medha Suktam of Shanunaka Shaka of Aathrva veda Kandam 6, Suktam 108.

Second one is Saraswati invocation - ​Atharvaveda Shaunaka Samitha, Kanda 7, Sukta 68 - The Sarasvati Suktam.

​Third part - Gopatha Brahmana Purva-bhaga, Prapathaka 1, Khandika 35 - Prose on correlation of the second pada of the Savitri mantra (Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi).

This is very interesting one where the counter part resides.

इति॑ सावि॒त्रिया॑ द्वि॒तीयः॒ पादः॑ ॥
अ॒न्त॒रि॒क्षेण॒ यजुः॒ सम॑दधा॒द्यजु॑षा वा॒युं वा॒युना॒भ्रम॒भ्रेण॑ व॒र्षं व॒र्षेणौष॑धिवनस्प॒तीनोष॑धिवनस्प॒तिभिः॑ प॒शून्प॒शुभिः॒ कर्म॒ कर्म॑णा॒ तप॒स्तप॑सा स॒त्यं स॒त्येन॒ ब्रह्म॒ ब्रह्म॑णा ब्रा॒ह्म॒णं ब्रा॒ह्म॒णेन॑ व्र॒तं व्र॒तेन॒ वै ब्रा॑ह्म॒णः सं॑शि॒तो भ॑वत्यशू॒न्यो भ॑वत्यविच्छि॒न्नो भ॑वत्यविच्छि॒न्नोऽस्य॒ तन्तु॑रविच्छि॒न्नं जी॒वनं॑ भवति॒ य ए॒वं वेद॒ यश्चै॒वं वि॒द्वाने॒वमे॒तया॑ सावि॒त्रिया॑ द्वि॒तीयं॒ पादं॒ व्याच॑ष्टे ॥

This is the exposition of the second quarter i.e Dwitiya pada of the Savitri or Gayatri mantra.

In contemporary usage, Savitri or Gayatri is personified as a Devi. However, in Vedic literature the original Vedic deity of the Gayatri mantra is Savitr सवितृ, which is an aspect of the solar divinity. This is masculine form. [for instance in Prokshana mantra we have devasya savituh prasave].

Through Antariksha / space, He joined the Yajur Veda; through the Yajur Veda, the Vayu; through the Vayu, the clouds / Abhra ; through clouds, Rain / Varsha; through Rain, the herbs and Aushadhi-Vanaspatis; through flora-forest-trees, the cattle and creatures Pashus (inclduing human); through Pashu - Karma; through karma - Tapas; through Tapas, Satya; through Sathya, Supreme Brahman; through Brahman, the Brahmana; and through the Brahmana, Vrata - Vows.

Indeed, through disciplined observance of vrata, a seeker becomes perfected and sharp-minded; he becomes complete (never empty), unbroken, and enduring. The lineage of one who understands this never breaks, and his life remains whole and unbroken (Avicchina), whoever knows this truth and interprets this second quarter of the Savitri mantra accordingly.

Through Brahmana —> Vratam —> Sasritha —> Avicchinna-jeevanam.

🚨MASSIVE: Russia Threatens Full-Scale Space War Against ELON MUSK, Puts all Starlink Satellites in the Crosshairs

Russia has issued increasingly sharp warnings over the use of Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite network in military operations against Russian territory. Moscow has suggested that if Starlink becomes directly involved in enabling deep strikes inside Russia, the satellites themselves could become targets.

The warning carries a far bigger implication than a dispute over internet connectivity.

Starlink has become deeply embedded in Ukraine’s wartime communications architecture, supporting battlefield communications, drone operations and the transmission of real-time information. As a result, Russia increasingly views the network not simply as civilian infrastructure, but as a strategic military enabler.

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has warned that attempts to interfere with Russia’s satellite capabilities could trigger what he described as a full-scale space war, while Russian officials have repeatedly threatened retaliation against systems supporting military operations.

Starlink has demonstrated that commercial satellite networks can become strategic infrastructure during wartime. The same technology that provides internet connectivity to remote communities can also support drones, command networks, battlefield communications and intelligence operations.

And that creates a fundamental vulnerability: whoever controls the network can potentially influence access to it.

India Cannot Build Its Digital Future Around a Foreign Network

For India, the lesson is not that Starlink should be rejected. The lesson is that Starlink cannot become India's only strategic option.

India can benefit enormously from satellite broadband, particularly in remote villages, difficult terrain, islands and areas where conventional fibre infrastructure is expensive or difficult to deploy. Foreign companies can bring capital, technology and competition to the Indian market.

But strategic dependence is an entirely different matter.

If a network is controlled by a foreign company operating within another country's geopolitical ecosystem, India cannot assume that access will remain uninterrupted during a future international crisis.

The Ukraine conflict has already demonstrated how satellite connectivity can become intertwined with military operations and geopolitical decisions. If access can be restricted because of a battlefield decision today, there is no guarantee that geopolitical pressure could not influence access tomorrow.

India therefore needs sovereign redundancy.

That means developing powerful domestic satellite constellations, secure satellite communications, indigenous ground infrastructure and the technological capability to operate independently when necessary.
