ಮಾನ್ಯ @DKShivakumar ಅವರೇ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನೂತನ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವಚನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ನೀವು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಹಿತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಘೋಷಣೆಗಳು ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಪಾರ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

@INCKarnataka ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು:

• ಘೋಷಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ 57,000 ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ, 31-12-2026 ರೊಳಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.

• ಮಾನ್ಯ @PriyankKharge ಅವರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ: ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಉಪನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ (PSI) ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು ಸುಮಾರು 6 ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಕಳೆದಿವೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕೂಡಲೇ 600 PSI ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

• Apex Bank ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ತ್ವರಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.

• ಭೂ ಮಾಪಕ (Surveyor) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು KPSC ಯಿಂದ KEA ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು.

• ಹೊಸ KAS ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಹೊರಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

• UPSC ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ KPSC ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.

• KEA ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ KPSC ಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ 5 ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳ (Options) ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ನಿಗದಿತ ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು.

• ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ 15,000 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

• 8,000 ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಾನ್ಸ್‌ಟೇಬಲ್ (PC) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಆರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕು,

ಮುಂದಿನ 10 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ದೊರೆಯದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯನ್ನು @KSVS ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.

On behalf of the NRI community from the Middle East, particularly those in Saudi Arabia, we humbly request you to consider **Shri Santosh Lad** for a position in the State Cabinet in the new Government led by Shri D.K. Shivakumar ji.

Shri Santosh Lad previously served as Labour Minister in the Siddaramaiah-led Cabinet. He has consistently been a strong voice for backward classes and a committed secularist. Through his charitable trust, he has been actively involved in social service, helping the needy and the poor without any expectation of returns.

Shri Lad is known for fearlessly taking on the BJP and RSS, often at great personal risk, driven purely by his ideological convictions. It is high time that dedicated leaders from non-elite political backgrounds are given greater responsibility.

We also wish to highlight his significant contributions:

- He has raised several important issues both inside and outside the Assembly.
- As Labour Minister, he was instrumental in introducing **paid menstrual leave** (one day per month) for women employees and labourers. Karnataka remains the only state in India to have implemented this progressive and meaningful policy for working women.
- He led rescue operations in **Uttarakhand** during the 2013 floods to bring stranded Kannadigas back home.

- Following the tragic **Pahalgam terrorist attack** on 22 April 2025 (in which 26 civilians were killed), Shri Lad was deputed by the government to lead efforts in Srinagar to rescue and support affected Kannadigas. He successfully facilitated the return of many stranded tourists.

We believe Shri Santosh Lad’s experience, dedication to social justice, and proven commitment to the welfare of Kannadigas make him a deserving candidate for the Cabinet in the new government.

We kindly request your personal intervention and support to accommodate him in the upcoming Cabinet.
