Hi @jet2tweets
I’m not happy with the meal I purchased on my flight home today. I ordered the chicken tikka for £6. Please see the pictures. 1st pic is what was advertised. 2nd pic is what I received. Whilst the flavour was nice, there were no chunks of chicken! False advert!
@lutoncouncil So grateful for the nomination and win 🎉
As Albert Schweitzer
stated. “Only those who respect the personality of others can be of real use to them.”
Thanks so much to our fantastic partners across Luton who have made Energise Luton a huge success in supporting families on free school meals this summer. We couldn’t do it without you! 🤗

Great examples of how connecting #UKHousing and #Health makes a difference to people's wellbeing from Dave Thorpe at @WDHupdate in the @HACThousing webinar today
Thank you For telling me what I now know. @British_Airways NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! for your information @easyJet accept name changes, they were HELPFUL! @British_Airways advised name changes could happen if there had been a DEATH! insensitive airline
@TJQM2014 Hi Tamara, we do not accept full name changes to any flight bookings. This is the same with most airlines. You can check this in your T&Cs when booking. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and stress this has caused you. Christine
@British_Airways how archaic that you don’t accept name changes on bookings made with @lastminute_com my daughters wedding was cancelled and we need to change 3 people on our booking to make a difficult situation work! This is impacting my mental health! It doesn’t make sense!
Very often in healthcare, we make a massive effort to improve our delivery performance by changing our processes and practices. We should probably start much higher up in our knowledge structure by considering our paradigm - our beliefs about how to make change happen. If we do that, we start to frame the problem in different ways & adopt different principles for improvement. Graphic: adapted from @profhamel
