Can’t believe it’s our last week @OHSUurology. Had the best time rotating with John, @st_kodama & @TimothyNChu! Truly great friends, colleagues, stream teammates.
Idk why I look 3 feet shorter than all of them though. Bad angle.
Special thanks to our four visiting Sub-I’s on their outstanding @DukeUrology @DukeUroRes grand rounds presentations: (L-R) Soorya Rajendren. Dept Chair Gary Faerber, MD , Andrew Johnson, Timothy Chu & Priscilla Anderton. @DukeMedSchool
A well deserved hard fought publication. Proud to have worked alongside you for a year! Looking forward to see your future success in #UroMatch2024#UroSoMe
Excited to share work from my Dean’s Research Year! Live OR feedback between trainer and trainee is crucial to surgical edu. Here, we offer a systematic approach to understanding such feedback.
Thank you to the entire team and especially @AjhungMD for world class mentorship!

A feedback categorization system that can reliably classify surgical feedback and be widely applied to various surgical specialties and procedures may help identify essential elements of the surgical teaching process. https://t.co/sVseQUNzjb @AJhungMD
