Respected MHADA,
Your notice dated 13/07/2026 says survey for Bharat Nagar redevelopment (Reg 33(5)) will start from 14.07.2026.

But what about legal MHADA tenants of Plots 7, 8, 9, 12 & Chawls 53, 64?

Their homes were illegally demolished by SRA, yet they have valid MHADA tenancy papers and Rent receipts for decades.

Questions:
1. How will you conduct survey for them when structures no longer exist?

2. Will their names & rehabilitation eligibility be included in the final list?

3. What is the clear process so they get their rightful homes in the new project?
Kindly reply urgently and ensure justice.

१३/०७/२०२६ च्या आपल्या नोटिसनुसार भारत नगर पुनर्विकास (Regulation 33(5)) साठी १४.०७.२०२६ पासून सर्वेक्षण सुरू होणार आहे.

पण Plot 7, 8, 9, 12 आणि Chawl 53, 64 च्या कायदेशीर MHADA भाडेकरूंचे काय?

SRA ने त्यांची घरे बेकायदेशीररित्या पाडली आहेत, तरीही त्यांच्याकडे दशकानुदशके वैध MHADA भाडेपट्टा कागदपत्रे आहेत.

प्रश्न:
१. घरे अस्तित्वात नसताना त्यांचा सर्वेक्षण कसा घेणार?

२. अंतिम यादीत त्यांची नावे आणि पुनर्वसनाची पात्रता समाविष्ट केली जाईल का?

३. नव्या प्रकल्पात त्यांना हक्काचे घर मिळण्यासाठी नेमकी प्रक्रिया काय आहे?

Forest land for Adani is only the smaller story.

In Bandra East, 44 acres of prime BKC land — Bharat Nagar, a notified gazetted MHADA layout (23 May 2018 gazette) — is being pushed to Adani-backed Budhpur Buildcon under SRA.

Legal MHADA tenants with 1975 allotment letters and decades of rent receipts are being treated as slum dwellers. Homes are being demolished. Rehab entitlement is being cut from ~600 sq ft under DCR 33(5) to ~300 sq ft under SRA 33(10).

Same land. Same MHADA tenants. Different scheme because the location is BKC.

MHADA’s own survey notice (14 Oct 2026) for Bharatnagar, (CTS 7643 Pt) is limited to Plots 1-4, 11, 12A & Chawls 1-52 — the same portions it has admitted in court fall under DCR 33(5).

Plots 7, 8, 9, 12 & Chawls 53-64 are the same MHADA layout with identical allotment letters and decades of rent receipts. Why is the SRA scheme (33(10)) being forced on them by MHADA & Adani’s Budhpur while others get 33(5)?
