As long as the human world in which we live will be socially unjust (and unfortunately it has always been so!), #AI will also be unjust, just a reflection of our human social organizations.
Let's not blame a #technology, let's rather blame those who find an additional way to make their power more important, and people's life far from the social progress that could be brought by this kind of new technology that would be used for the public good. Just an idea in the air, eh.
Without ethics, and with more means to reinforce the control of the people by a tiny minority, no progress is possible, in any case, no social progress for the 99% of humans who execute the orders of their elected, or not elected, or the orders of more powerful humans than them, in "value".
Yes, "value",
because in our world of market economy, everything has a "value",
just the established principle,
the "value" meaning: "if your activity, resources, are rare, so they are expensive,
we are talking about money here,
otherwise,
you are worth nothing or not so much important thing,
even if you work as many hours (and even more! ) than those who have a "rare competence"...
if this is the "ethics" of our human organizational system (and objectively it works like that, right? ,
as well in our so-called "democratic" countries, the "so called free world", as in the autocratic or "so called" communist systems,
JUSt, business 1st!
Just it.
The sharing of the wealth produced by all of us... just the key word... and no doubt, AI will follow,
for the benefit of all!
Just my hope.
Um, am I slightly pessimistic that we will get there soon or at one time? ... it's up to you to guess...
