Thrilled to share our TR-gnomAD published in Cell @CellPress today! TR-gnomAD is the first biobank-scale genetic reference for ~1.0M Tandem Repeat expansions across 340K humans, facilitating TR-based disease association studies and clinical diagnostics. @superweili
Thrilled to share our paper on alternative polyadenylation association study (3'aTWAS or APA-TWAS) paper finally out in @NatureComms today @superweili. Fantastic collaboration with Prof. Albert R. La Spada and many thanks to amazing coauthors @FanglueP@Wagnerlab_RNA.
Our new paper @NatureComms performed the first Alternative polyadenylation transcriptome-wide association study for 11 brain disorders with 17,300 RNA-seq samples. We identified 354 novel APA-linked risk genes including ATXN3 for ALS.

Very cool study from the @PardisSabeti lab!
Genome-wide functional screen of 3′UTR variants uncovers causal variants for human disease and evolution https://t.co/yjN1t4j88t
Excited to share our new paper on Nucleic Acids Res @NAR_Open : 3′aQTL-atlas: an atlas of 3′UTR alternative polyadenylation quantitative trait loci across human normal tissues
Our collaborative work with @BinTian_Lab has just been published in @GenomeBiology ! MAAPER works with both bulk and single-cell sequencing data, and paired or unpaired experimental designs. The R package is available at https://t.co/oHsEX7CDb4. Any feedback is welcome!
Super excited to share our recent work on 3′UTR alternative polyadenylation (APA) quantitative trait loci (3′aQTLs), which can explain ~16.1% GWAS SNPs and are largely distinct from eQTLs. Wonderful collaborations with @Wagnerlab_RNA@LeiLi_bioinfo
