MR CLEAN NO-IV published in @nejm. Strategy of skipping thrombolytic was neither superior or non-inferior. Pending other trials, clinicians should still give thrombolytic to pts who qualify for rx. Subgroup analysis from these trials will also be useful.

Although the use of IV heparin for stroke has declined in the last 20 years, still useful article on "Heparin resistance" in @NEJM. Still used for venous sinus thrombosis and other thrombotic conditions
