A unique crypto opportunity in AI is the concept of sovereign agents--agents that run fully autonomously, generating positive economic value and distributing it back to capital contributors and stakeholders.

Non-crypto startups won't build or launch sovereign agents because there's no great existing legal & tax structure for sovereign agents.

Crypto wins at this because of "regulatory arbitrage": a sovereign agent can be a decentralized protocol with a network token.

apps on eigencloud keep token logic + settlement onchain. heavy offchain logic runs on eigencompute that is powered by operators staked with EIGEN on eigenlayer.

to deploy an unstoppable + verifiable app, a dev will
> dockerize offchain logic,
> purchase resources (cpu/gpu workload, cryptoeconomic security, eigenda bandwidth),
> deploy onchain + offchain logic

at runtime:
1️⃣ onchain emits event
2️⃣ eigencompute executes offchain logic (incl. api calls)
3️⃣ results posted back onchain
4️⃣ inputs/outputs + state snapshotted into eigenda

the goal is to make this workflow feel like cloud infra but with crypto-grade guarantees of verifiability + unstoppability.

we are rolling this out step by step, with more releases ahead that will bring this mental model fully to life.
