In Austria, we have an "Arbeitsmarktservice". They basically help people find a new job, give them training and so on. They are usually very useless.
Today, they released an online tool to help answer job related questions. It's based on GPT-4. And it's ... amazing.

The nuance here is important: people want to post their experiences, not re-live them.
Projection, not reflection.
Surface, not depth.
It’s a strange trend that we have collectively agreed to enjoy things a little less so that our peers can see us perform enjoyment.
A roadmap is not a strategy.
Roadmaps should be an output of strategy, good ones will always clearly tie back to one.
Real strategy answers:
• what we’re building + why
• how we’re going to grow + why
• who we’re going to target + why
• what risks we're ready to take + why
you don’t present multiple product design options to give stakeholders a “choice”.
you present multiple design options to make it clear which one is the best path forward & why.
I am warning everyone to NOT buy one of these new Dyson cordless vacuums with the hard surface laser sight not because it’s a bad product but because it is so extremely good and addicting to find all the dirt that it makes you want to vacuum every goddamn day

Figma gets better and better.
At the same time, looks like it becomes more a DesignSystems tool for big companies.
Some features made Figma easier to use (fonts, autolayout).
Other (colors, properties, dev mode) made the tool harder to learn.
