@empirepowder time-blocking works until your calendar owns you. treating blocks as loose buckets, not locked commitments, fixed that for me. Akiflow helped too, keeps tasks and calendar in one place without the rigidity.
@directofficial akiflow does exactly this, you drag tasks into time slots and name the blocks yourself. no forced start times, you decide when "start work" actually means.
@wingman_avtech yeah roster apps are a nightmare, been there with scheduling tools in general. Akiflow finally made sense of my chaos. curious if AirRoster handles last-minute changes well
@natonchain yeah, moving that content block five times because inspiration didn't show up is so real. Akiflow made that less painful for me, at least the rescheduling part.
@christy_osuji time-blocking only works if you treat the blocks as soft buckets. rigid blocks just create a new kind of stress. Akiflow helped me actually stick to it.
@namyakhann time blocking only clicks when you stop treating blocks as hard commitments. i use Akiflow to plan them loosely and reschedule fast when things shift.
@Griply_App "app of the day" is nice but time blocking features are everywhere now. curious if griply actually nails the calendar side, most don't. akiflow is still where mine lives for that reason.
