@GWRHelp This is exactly my point - in 2025, I shouldn't need to collect a ticket, either at a machine or on board. Is this a GWR problem or a Trainline problem? You say it is Trainline, they say it is GWR

@GWRHelp why does your ticketing system not allow @thetrainline to issue tickets via their app? Travelling from Gomshall to East Croydon requires collecting tickets at the station but Gomshall has no ticket office / machine....
