Whether it can be formed as un-incorporated association and the bank will recognise it?

To get an officer union registered in a bank we need to have 10 pc of total officers strength or 100 which ever is less membership to begin with.we want to form a new union in all 11 PSB because In PNB we already have AIPNBOF with 7500 membership.and to form a new apex union of officers we need to have 3 banks all India bank officers union affiliated with it .

The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

मैं आपका ध्यान 3AC कोचों में यात्रा करने वाले यात्रियों द्वारा झेली जा रही एक समस्या की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। साइड बर्थ पर कम हेडरूम और अपर्याप्त बैठने की जगह के कारण यात्रियों के लिए ठीक से बैठ पाना बहुत कठिन हो जाता है, खासकर सुबह के समय जब उन्हें नाश्ता करना होता है या रातभर लेटकर यात्रा करने के बाद सीधा बैठना होता है।

जैसा कि संलग्न स्थिति में देखा जा सकता है, यात्री को बर्थ के ऊपर कम जगह होने के कारण अपनी गर्दन सीधी करने और आराम से बैठने में कठिनाई हो रही है। यह लंबे सफर के दौरान असुविधा और परेशानी का कारण बनता है।

मैं विनम्रतापूर्वक अनुरोध करता हूँ कि 3AC कोचों में बर्थ के डिज़ाइन और स्पेसिंग की समीक्षा की जाए और इसमें सुधार किया जाए, ताकि यात्री यात्रा के दौरान आराम से बैठ सकें और भोजन कर सकें। पर्याप्त हेडरूम सुनिश्चित करने से यात्रा अनुभव और यात्रियों की संतुष्टि में उल्लेखनीय सुधार होगा।
