Am I the only one who doesn’t love Claude CoWork for repetitive workflows?
If the “skill” doesn’t update its own main instructions over time, it still feels like I’m babysitting the system.
For repeatable tasks, I keep coming back to OpenClaw.
The best AI teams are building for the model that’s coming next!
I picked this up from Lenny’s interview with @_catwu!
CEOs should ask, “If the model improves 20% in 3 months, what product should already be waiting?
Great, another layer of uncertainty! lol
How Anthropic’s product team moves faster than anyone else
I sat down with @_catwu, Head of Product for Claude Code at @AnthropicAI, to get a peek into their unprecedented shipping pace, how AI is changing the PM role, and how to be the right amount of AGI-pilled.
We discuss:
🔸 How Anthropic’s shipping cadence went from months to weeks to days
🔸 The emerging skills PMs need to develop right now
🔸 Why you should build products that don't work yet—then wait for the model to catch up
🔸 Why a 95% automation isn't really an automation
🔸 Cat’s most underrated AI skill (introspection)
🔸 What Cat actually looks for when hiring PMs now (hint: it's not traditional PM skills)

I ran a skills audit on my Claude Code setup:
122 skills installed
11% used
~70% of recent sessions used no skills at all
That raised a better set of questions for me:
Are my Claude Code skills actually helpful for my workflow?
Am I missing some?
Should I change the skills, or change how I work?
I open sourced the small tool I used to generate this report:

@toddsaunders This makes perfect sense! Literally, we're building a Zero-Config B2B Growth engine based on the same idea. We have a product and customers. Would you be open to a quick call to get your feedback?
