@_Ceiv PAH-ILD injunction will suffice I'm sure if indeed it sticks. There won't be 50% penalty on top of that. Who would agree to that? Nor will the judge impose it unless there was strong precedent.

@_Ceiv It's not likely to be a 50% Stock has already adjusted to the most likely outcome of narrow label. If there is an agreement it won't include LQDQ draining all their cash or selling stock or themselves. A reasonable royalty could happen if egos and bad blood get out of the way.

@dracula_ev @29Joujou This is procedural and expected. They have agreed to the next phase. Both will submit their proposals still and judge will issue his ruling in weeks or so. Quant funds will be all over anything meaningful before you can refresh

@MichelleLe02 Maybe.....also maybe Andrews sees it differently. Andrews has shown he can and will rule however he wants. I doubt he will be persuaded by any briefs other than a settlement. Beyond that it's going to come down to however Andrews feels next week or so

If indeed it was a certainty that PAH sales make up half the future revenues and it was going to grow just as big and large as PH-ILD potential over next decade then today was the floor. But there is no certainty and I suspect UTHR legal dogs want more blood.

@AmheShay @sleepingbear84 @deathtouch2k @CloisterRes Even with a a 15% royalty this thing will have near 40% net margins. Flow a Billion or more through that and put a teen multiplier on it. Bullish case but also not ruled out. But if somehow total injunction goes down then this their cooked.
