I was supposed to receive a refund of ₹390. The amount still hasn't been credited to my account!

I'd placed an order yesterday (23rd Aug 2026). It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but it wasn't.

Today a rider was assigned. But upon call, he said he's at his uncle's funeral and the delivery has been assigned by "the hub" to someone else.

@1mgOfficial I contacted 1mg customer care via chat regarding this. They're unaware of the rider's situation nor could definitively answer whether the medicine could be delivered today.

As such, I proceeded with a cancellation and full refund of my money.
