Some people point to the Arabs and Muslims killed by Hamas on October 7 to persuade other Arabs and Muslims to condemn that day.
But why should that matter? Hamas murdered and kidnapped civilians. Their religion, ethnicity, or identity is irrelevant to me.
Targeting civilians is unacceptable, no matter who the perpetrator is and no matter who the victims are.
A Palestinian voice from Gaza: “On this day three years ago, the sun set over the Gaza Strip for the last time. Ever since, we have been living in darkness, and the sun has not risen again.”
True love is a gift from God, and we cannot simply create it ourselves. Whereas human love is often tainted by selfish desires, God’s love, on the other hand, is selfless, long-suffering, patient and possesses all the wonderful qualities that Paul lists in his Letter to the Corinthians (1 Cor 13). #Youcat

The loss of a child is so painful. Now imagine the loss of your child in a genocide, and in many instances without a body. Listen to this mother’s pain, her yearning for her son. This is the condition for so many mothers in Gaza.
The Sameer Project continues to listen and document stories in Gaza while supporting families with nourishing meals. On September 15th, we gave out 476 meals of rice and meat to Ansar 6 Camp in Gaza City. Total cost was around $1,250, including the 11% commission.
Grief is a luxury that Palestinians in Gaza don’t have as they are in survival mode, seeking water and food everyday. Help us provide support by giving to our Food & Water Campaign now: https://t.co/uFKKDqN8Aw
