@itsintheprice@WaterworldCapi1 Some of the risk I highlighted have occurred. Cement pricing is flattish, Iija successor uncertain, mortgage rates are high, etc. With that said and after ytd de rate , the set up is somewhat like late 2022, but w some differences.
