@chucker @mjtsai This should be the default. After 7 months, I still find the hover & wait annoying. Sometimes I'll know I want the proxy icon right away, but I can't seem to develop the muscle memory to remember it is <shift> to display the icon immediately on hover. I don't do it often enough.

@chucker @mjtsai @boredzo I think I accidentally enabled this at a global level when @mjtsai first posted about it. It made Safari look strange — the vertical alignment of buttons was off. Mail got a title bar back, but icons on the bar were rendered blurry. Took me a bit to figure out what happened.
