Pickup: Dingiest rental place Iโve ever seen. Had no choice of car, then given a very worn-looking Sentra. Worse was the smell. Like cigarettes covered over w. some industrial bathroom cleaner. Drove through 4 days of that.

@Hertz Turned rental car in, 1 HR later realized left something, called no answer, went back taked to returns, they said car has been cleaned and if found already in Locked box and cannot open until Monday, I asked if she could just go check the car, answer was NO!!

Best rates and if something goes wrong with one company, I have a back up ressy with another. It's come in handy.

@joelpollak@Hertz Just used them on a trip to UT, big mistake. Canโt rent an SUV w/o a credit card despite using a debit card, having it accepted, and paying the fees beforehand only to be told that โpolicyโ requires a credit card (again, we had debit) to rent something that โlargeโ.

@Hertz I rented a car from 161 Bay St, Toronto on July7. The counter rep charged my cc 2x for the prepayment and final charge. They wonโt reverse the second charge. Made me insert cc 2ndx after first time was approved. Please assist
