🔴@chitrest2020 demands forensic audit at Chitungwiza Municipality amid a rise in sewage bursts and disappearance of resources at the municipality.
The Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Environment, Climate and Wildlife today expressed dismay at the failure by Harare City Council and Chitungwiza Municipality to adequately respond to issues raised during oral evidence on effluent waste management. The local authorities were consequently directed to return better prepared and organised, in line with Parliament’s oversight mandate.
