@orleanz@yvbbrjdr Your snark here is recognised and appropriate, but we should note that it is possible to build chips that can tolerate much higher temperature and radiation envelopes, for industrial/military/spaceflight purposes.
The downside is that they're nowhere near leading edge nodes.
@AshtonForbes "In their 2025 preprint simulation, a 1.5 GW fusion plant could make about 3 t of gold a year, which would need roughly 7–18 years of storage, depending on the radioactivity threshold. No such plant exists yet, and mines produce about 3,300 t a year."
@BedfordJul99993@adams_at_mh370@AshtonForbes You haven't eliminated that the videos are fucking fake. Which they clearly are.
Occam's razor wins over Conan Doyle here. The videos are fake, the plane crashed, Ashton is a shameless grifting scumbag.
@YammyLand@lydiakauppi I'm not saying this is a *good* idea, but if you set Apple Music to repeat that single track, and turn on its "AutoMix" feature, you can listen to this looped until the world runs out of electricity.
@7struhhturt7@PillerRed No you’re not. If you have cancer, go to a fucking doctor and try real medicine that has been tested and shown to have a measurable success rate. You fucking ghoul.
@Letters1982@vinniemalaguti@3mrwellington3 Your claim is wrong and nothing but a regurgitation of Nathan Oakley.
The earth is neither observed, measured, or navigated flat. It’s a globe in all of those scenarios.
