COBEC-Community Based Empowerment& Conservation Initiative.
MISSION
To promote the socio-economic well being of communities adjacent Queen Elizabeth NP
As we count days to election day, I have returned to my constituency, Ruhinda North to once again campaign for our @NRMOnline presidential candidate
@KagutaMuseveni, and all other NRM candidates. I am also taking this as an opportunity to once again thank my constituents for entrusting me with a direct, unopposed mandate to Parliament.
Together with our NRM flag bearers, Hon.Rebecca Kyarampe and Hon.Alex Karitundu, I will be visiting every parish in the constituency. Yesterday, we were in Kigyende and Kanyabwanga sub-counties.
In these final days, we are mobilising and preparing to turn out in large numbers to vote for the President and all NRM candidates. We are really well set. If we do not top the country in voter turnout and support for the president, which is our goal, we will certainly be close.
These rallies also provide an opportunity to reflect on what we have achieved over the past five years in education, health, road infrastructure, communication, and lifting our communities out of poverty, while setting clear goals for the next term.
Come 15th January, we are ready to protect the gains. Wherever you are, protect the gains on January 15th.

H.E. Ian Khama, the former President of Botswana visited me at State House Entebbe along with a delegation from Space for Giants, a conservation charity led by Dr. Max Graham. We discussed how Ugandans can obtain social economic value through conservation and innovation. We agreed on the importance of involving local communities to preserve Africa's natural resources.
We purposely looked at the Pian-Upe game reserve, currently facing degradation. I am committed to supporting conservationists in unlocking the area's natural value.
Older and younger generations need to look at each other as partners while upholding the value system as key to easily foster sustainable development. Thank you @UNESCOUganda for organising a very informative Inter-generational dialogue.
