@SolomonforJC The parade cost $11k in fees, and highrises cost well over $100m to make, suggesting it is already many orders of magnitude easier to hold a parade than build apartments. If your objective was to e.g. make parades 10x easier than high-rises, you need to do major YIMBY reforms.
