For those of use who work in the ICU and, unlike our ED colleagues, rarely see a myocardial infarction (MI) on presentation, these are some important electrocardiographic (ECG) patterns to consider as life-threatening STEMI equivalents:

I want to share some of the changes I’ve observed in myself over that time:
- My health is unchanged
- I’m less happy
- My one source of joy is gone

Here is my short thread about how to read scientific papers:
Step 1: print papers (double sided)
Step 2: staple the top left corner
Step 3: put them in my carry bag
Step 4: carry them back and forth between work and home for weeks.
