I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I’ve received from @ICICIBank , Nashik, Maharashtra. I was instructed to open a bank account as part of the process to get my health policy.

However, it’s been much longer, and neither has my cheque been deposited, nor has my account or health policy been processed. I’m left wondering who will be held accountable if anything happens to me in the interim. @ICICIBank_Care @ici

This level of service is unexpected from a bank with ICICI’s reputation (@ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care ) I hope to receive an immediate response and resolution to this issue. I request everyone to not indulge into any services of such unprofessional highly reputed company.

Following your team’s @ici guidance, I submitted a cheque of ₹1 lakh on 3rd September, which was supposed to be deposited to open my account. I was informed that the health policy would be processed within 3-5 working days after that.
