@MichaelLCrick If you get off the train at the west end of the platform (ie the end furthest from London) you go up the escalator into the Red Zone and it's the easiest station in the world - a single wide bridge with access to all platforms. Exit anywhere else and you're in a world of pain.

@DaleksC The raw .VOB file will be 50i, but in MPEG format. I use Handbrake to reencode as required, as that can pass through original fields (although whether it's top or bottom first is usual a matter of trial and error depending on source).
