I’m a new credit card holder of @MandSBank and your online banking registration process via the app is ridiculous. For the last three days I’ve made three support calls and yet I still can go beyond date of birth screen in ID verification process.

Then after three tries it locks me out for 24 hours. I don’t even get to take a photo of my ID or the selfie or none of that. Nothing goes beyond the date of birth screen. It is extremely frustrating that the ONLY way to access the account is the useless app. No web version?

I select “No” to register as a new user, select “Credit card” as the account option, then enter the card number, and then the date of birth. When I click next it throws a “something has gone wrong” error.

Go to gate partnered by @bookingcom kept saying they are waiting for the refund from @British_Airways. But we paid them (G2G), so why do we have to now wait for BA. Might as well buy direct from the airline. Isn’t that why they earn a commission? Don’t ever use GoToGate!

Had the most horrible customer service from Go To Gate in partnership with @bookingcom. @British_Airways Flights cancelled in end of February hasn’t still been refunded yet. And they keep giving the same boilerplate answer that they are waiting for the airline to refund them…1/4

They said we need to deal with BA. When contacting BA, they said to deal with GotoGate who said only option is to cancel. We had to then find more money to book alternative flights to return home thanks to no one. Yet we are still waiting for the refund. 3/4

And we are simply stranded in Sri Lanka with a 4 year old not knowing who to ask for help.

The @British_Airways has simply wiped their hands off by off loading their bookings to Qatar airways. They rebooked the flights onto QR flights and now when those flights are cancelled @qatarairways says they can’t help because BA rebooked them. BA says QR should deal with it.

@materialsmarket you failed our delivery and I had to stop the project and send the builders. We hired tools and they are sitting idly without materials. The customer service line is a hoax. You get the same recording and then the line gets cut off. Can’t even cancel the order.

What happened to Israel was barbaric and cowardly. And while Israel responds, we also need to understand how it came to be as quickly as possible.

How did some of the most sophisticated intelligence and military organizations in the world miss this?

No spying? No eavesdropping? No leaks? No intercepted communications? Nothing?!

The reason this question is so critical is to determine the credibility of these same organizations if/when they push for escalating this hot war or starting yet another.
