United SRA के residents की safety और basic issues को लेकर मैं लगातार संबंधित authorities के सामने शिकायतें कर रहा हूँ—building cracks, pending bills, पानी और अन्य गंभीर समस्याओं पर कार्रवाई की मांग की जा रही है।

इसके बावजूद Rafiq Qureshi Flat no.602 द्वारा WhatsApp ग्रुप में Flat 202 पर पानी की लाइन कटवाने का आरोप लगाया गया है। अगर आरोप है तो official proof सामने रखा जाए। बिना प्रमाण किसी resident को target करना गलत है।

मैं इस ट्वीट के साथ United SRA के WhatsApp group की screenshots/photos भी attach कर रहा हूँ, जिसमें ऐसे groups/communication के संबंध में गंभीर सवाल उठते हैं। संबंधित authorities से अनुरोध है कि इसकी भी निष्पक्ष जाँच की जाए और official records के आधार पर सच्चाई सामने लाई जाए।

🚨 SERIOUS WOMEN SAFETY & IDENTITY VERIFICATION CONCERN – RAPIDO

At around 5:00 PM, a serious incident was reported near Pearl Majestic, Aqsa Masjid Road, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai -102

The screenshot attached shows the Rapido booking/trip details. However, the auto/vehicle number shown in the booking appears to be different from the auto that actually arrived, and the driver/vehicle brought for the passenger also appears to be different.

Most seriously, it is alleged that the female passenger was being taken towards a different location instead of her actual booked drop point.

❗ How can a passenger be given a different vehicle/driver from the details shown in the Rapido booking?
❗ Who is responsible for verifying the identity of the driver and vehicle?
❗ Why was the passenger allegedly being taken towards a different location?

This is a major passenger and women-safety concern and cannot be brushed aside.

@discoveryofmaha @weworkngo Rapido must immediately investigate the complete trip history, GPS route, booking details, registered vehicle number, driver identity and account used for this ride and provide a clear explanation.

If the allegations are verified, strict action must be taken against the concerned driver and any person involved.

Passenger safety is NOT a joke. Women cannot be expected to enter a vehicle when the vehicle/driver details do not match the booking.

An AC grill from Khatri Enclave Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Jogeshwari West, Mumbai – 400102 has fallen from the building. I am attaching the video as evidence.
Thankfully, no one was injured. But what if a child, resident or passer-by had been underneath?

🚨 Urgent Road Safety Concern – Jogeshwari West
Gaurav Chaurasiya has reported the urgent need for speed breakers on the internal road from Jogeshwari MTNL towards Amboli Police Station.
The road has regular movement of vehicles and children, with schools nearby. Accidents and near-miss incidents are a serious concern.
Requesting @mybmc @mybmcWardKW to inspect the road and install proper speed breakers/signage urgently. Please act before a serious accident occurs.

Property Assessment/Tax के संबंध में Warrant of Attachment और अन्य recovery proceedings Society के records और alleged non-payment से जुड़े हैं। जिन members ने अपनी maintenance/assessment amounts Society को paid की हैं, उन्हें इसके लिए responsible नहीं ठहराया जाना चाहिए।
Members are not at fault. The concerned Society office-bearers/management should be held accountable as per the official records.
We request the concerned authorities to verify the complete records and take appropriate action.

SRA के 01.09.2023 के आदेश में डेवलपर को 23 PAP टेनेमेंट हैंडओवर करने का निर्देश दिया गया था। इसके बावजूद यदि आज तक आदेश का पालन नहीं हुआ, तो सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है।
संबंधित अधिकारियों से अनुरोध है कि आदेश के अनुपालन की स्थिति सार्वजनिक करें और यदि उल्लंघन पाया गया है, तो महाराष्ट्र के लागू नियमों के अनुसार जिम्मेदार पक्षों के विरुद्ध उचित कार्रवाई करें।
आदेश केवल कागज़ पर नहीं, ज़मीन पर भी लागू होने चाहिए।

Three members of Khatri Enclave Co-operative Housing Society have now officially submitted Property Assessment Intimation representations to the BMC Assessment & Collection Department, confirming that they have already paid the Property Assessment amount through the Society and possess payment records.
If members have already submitted documentary proof, why has no verification or action been initiated by BMC? Kindly examine the records and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

मैंने अपनी सोसायटी का मेंटेनेंस और BMC Property Tax/Assessment समय-समय पर पूरा भुगतान किया है। मेरे पास उसका लेजर, रसीदें और भुगतान के रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध हैं।
इसलिए मैंने आज BMC Assessment & Collection Department और Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies के समक्ष लिखित शिकायत देकर अनुरोध किया है कि यदि भविष्य में सोसायटी के Property Tax/Assessment को लेकर कोई Recovery, Penalty या अन्य सरकारी कार्रवाई होती है, तो नियमित भुगतान करने वाले सदस्यों पर कोई Liability न डाली जाए।
यदि किसी प्रकार की वित्तीय अनियमितता हुई है, तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों की तय की जाए, न कि उन सदस्यों की जिन्होंने अपना भुगतान समय पर किया है।
साथ ही, मुझे यह आशंका भी है कि शिकायत करने के कारण भविष्य में मेरे मेंटेनेंस बिल में मनमाने या गलत शुल्क जोड़कर मुझे परेशान करने का प्रयास किया जा सकता है। इसलिए यह अनुरोध मैं सरकारी रिकॉर्ड पर दर्ज करा रहा हूँ, ताकि भविष्य में यदि किसी प्रकार का उत्पीड़न या प्रतिशोधात्मक कार्रवाई होती है, तो उसका रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध रहे।
मैं केवल निष्पक्ष जांच, पारदर्शिता और ईमानदार सदस्यों के हितों की सुरक्षा की मांग कर रहा हूँ।

Despite repeated complaints and documentary evidence, BMC has still not taken effective action.
BMC itself issued a Demand Notice and later a Warrant of Attachment against Khatri Enclave CHS, Jogeshwari (W) for huge Property Tax dues. Even after all this, why has the recovery process not been completed?
If BMC issues statutory notices but fails to enforce them, what message does it send about accountability?
I request immediate action, a transparent inquiry, and a status update on this case.

If reports are correct that an enquiry has been initiated, it is a welcome step.

My intention has never been to target any individual. The only objective is equal enforcement of traffic laws and accountability.

The attached video raises a simple question: if the phone was switched off, why was an earphone being worn while riding?

If no rule was violated, the department may clarify the facts. If a violation occurred, appropriate action should follow as per law.

The same road safety standards should apply to everyone—citizens and enforcement officers alike.
