PUBLIC STATEMENT
My attention was drawn to false reports circulating online claiming that I have filed for divorce from my husband, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
For the avoidance of doubt, I have not filed for divorce. The publication is entirely false and should be treated as misinformation.
It is deeply concerning that individuals continue to fabricate stories about my family and present them as facts without any attempt at verification. Deliberately spreading falsehoods does not advance any cause; it only misleads the public and undermines responsible journalism.
I urge members of the public to rely only on information that comes directly from me or through my authorised representatives.
Thank you to everyone who reached out to verify the story before sharing it. Your commitment to truth and responsible communication is appreciated.
Aha m remains, Uchechigeme Anyanwụụtụtụ Okwu-Kanu.

A man who defeated Eperima and his gangster, with few words, will definitely conquer Eperima offspring because they share the same character. DECEPTION! The Directorate led by Mazi Chika Edoziem will continue to lead IPOB family till Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Regain Freedom UNCONDITIONAL
“Barrister Ejiofor Clarified” -
Contrary to the misleading, mischievous, and false narratives being paraded by these irredentists who facilitated the sentencing of their grandmaster to life imprisonment, awaiting the final pronouncement of the death penalty by the Court of Appeal, the Court of Appeal, in a unanimous judgment delivered on Chief Ozekhome and Ejiofor’s appeal on the 13th day of October 2022, did not stop at discharging Nnamdi Kanu, but made a definitive order prohibiting his further trial on any other offence, not only on the charges brought against him, but also prohibiting his trial on any other offences in any court in Nigeria.
For the illiterates who know next to nothing about the law, the content-creator lawyers and their enablers who refused to submit themselves to basic tutelage in law , this prohibitive order by the Court of Appeal is more unequivocal, extant, and affirmative in every material respect than even an acquittal, because an acquittal is restricted to preventing a person from being tried again on the offences for which he was earlier brought to court, whereas this prohibitive order against subsequent trial on any other offences, which is not limited to the offences for which he was being tried before the appeal, is holistic and all-encompassing.
The more devastating consequences of the content-creator lawyers’ unlearned approach to this case will be more pronounced on appeal. Because, on appeal, we can assure you that the verdict of Omotosho J. will be overturned and elevated to a murder sentence. Mark today’s date.
Find the extract of the judgment for your records, for those who may have forgotten. It’s on page 41 of the court of Appeal judgement of October 13 2022 on discharge and total acquittal .

DOS Public Announcement: In Remembrance of Biafran Fallen Heroes & Heroines
On May 30th, we pause to remember and honour the men, women, and children who lost their lives fighting for Biafra’s freedom. Fighting for our freedom from 1967 to 2026. Their sacrifice in the struggle for our self-determination remains a defining part of our history and identity.
We encourage everyone to take time on this day to reflect on their courage and bravery, tell their stories, and pay respects to the families who still carry the weight of that loss. Light a candle, observe a moment of silence and reverence, or gather with your families to share memories.
May 30th is a day of sober reflection, let us keep alive the memories of those who died for the cause of Biafra, and let their sacrifice remind us why the ideals of freedom, dignity, and justice for which they paid the ultimate price must not be forgoten or allowed to be exringuished.
For their sacrifices the leadership of IPOB the DOS wish to inform the public that on 30th of May 2026 from 6:00 am at dawn 6:00 pm at sunset, the entire Biafraland will be on ToTAL LOCKDOWN, stay indoors and pray with your family and friends and perform your rituals and prayers according to your faith and belief. There will be no vehicular movement save emergency vehicles. All markets and offices will be closed.
School owners and administrators and parents are encouraged to keep their children and wards at home, market leaders, banks, parks, transport companies etc., are enjoined to inform their members to avoid falling victim to trigger happy Nigeria terrorist security officers.

We remember them!

May 30: A Date Written in Blood, Set Aside For Honouring Heroes And Heroines Of A People Who Have Refused to Disappear
“A people who do not remember their heroes are a people who have already forgotten themselves.”
Every nation has dates etched into its history, but some are not written in ink; they are written in blood, in tears, and in memories too deep to fade.
May 30 stands as one of such days, a solemn mark of remembrance rooted in the painful legacy of the Nigerian Genocidal War on Biafra.
For millions who trace their identity to Biafra, this is not merely a date. It is a sacred pause in time, a moment when the past refuses to be silent.
“Heroes may fall, but their stories rise higher than time.”
On this day, we remember not only those who fought, but those who endured. We remember the fathers who never returned home, the mothers who bore the unbearable weight of loss, and the children whose laughter was cut short by hunger and war. We remember the unnamed, the uncelebrated, the countless souls whose graves were never marked, yet whose memories remain deeply engraved in the hearts of their people.
History books may attempt to summarize the war in timelines and figures, but no statistic can truly measure the depth of human suffering experienced during those years.
For Biafrans, history is not distant; it is lived, inherited, and remembered in quiet moments.
“The true measure of a hero is not how they lived, but what they were willing to sacrifice.”
May 30 is, therefore, not a day of noise but of reflection. It is a day that calls for a silence deeper than words, for hearts that remember, and for minds that seek understanding. It reminds us that beyond politics and conflict, there were human lives fragile, hopeful, and deserving of dignity.
To keep this day with the reverence it deserves is not merely a cultural expression; it is a moral responsibility. It demands remembrance anchored in respect, where individuals and communities pause to reflect, pray, and honour the fallen. It calls for truthful storytelling, ensuring that history is preserved with integrity and passed on without distortion. It invites compassion, encouraging acts of kindness toward those who still live with the scars of that tragic past.
Above all, it reinforces a commitment to peace, reminding us that the lessons of history must guide humanity toward a future free from such suffering.
“When we remember the fallen with dignity, we give meaning to their sacrifice.”
There is a danger in forgetting, but there is also a danger in remembering without wisdom. Memory must not become a weapon; it must remain a guide. The purpose of this day is not to reopen wounds but to acknowledge them with honesty and to ensure they are neither denied nor repeated.
Across generations, the spirit of Biafra has endured not through violence but through identity, resilience, and the quiet determination of a people who refused to disappear.
“They are gone from sight, but never from the story.”
As May 30 approaches each year, the weight of remembrance returns not because the pain is new but because it has never fully left.
Within that memory lies a truth the world must not ignore: that lives were lost, that voices were silenced, and that a people suffered and yet survived.
And so, we remember.
Not in anger, but in truth.
Not in division, but in dignity.
Not in silence, but in a voice shaped by history.
May 30 is coming.
Biafrans remember!
Biafrans mourn!
Biafrans will never forget!

The Directorate of State (DOS) of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is described within and outside the movement as the "indestructible backbone" and the highest administrative authority responsible for maintaining the momentum of the Biafra struggle, particularly following the detention and life imprisonment of their leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The body promotes the Biafran cause through diplomatic engagement, global media, and peaceful agitation, aiming for a UN-supervised referendum.
The DOS is Sustaining the Struggle Strategically By providing a structured, decentralized command, the DOS has made the IPOB movement resistant to leadership vacuums.

For generations, humans have depended on, exploited and consumed plants for their survival, yet the plants have never demanded anything in return.
Plants possess an abundance of patience. They know that everything will eventually become their source of nourishment.
Without perseverance, if plants where to be humans, they and humans would've been in constant war.
But, plants has remained patient waiting because it knew humans came out from it as nourishment and will end up becoming plants own nourishment too.
Plants long time ago, knew that nothing worth fighting for. When we uproot plants and cook them for food, they don't fight back. They serve their purposes in our own choices. They simply wait as time will make things fall into their own path. The same plant that was cooked, eaten and digested will still end up become feaces, decay to become manure that will nourish new plants for the continuity of Life.
Plants remain rooted in their place. Their root have taught them that time pays and the dead becomes the source of nourishment for the living.
We Must remember the Dead.
But can humans endure and not fight back like plants?
Do you think so?

#UK foreign policy against #Biafra
During the 1967–1970 #Nigerian Civil War, the UK adopted a staunch pro-Nigeria policy, actively opposing Biafran secession to protect economic interests, primarily Shell-BP oil investments.
The British government, led by Harold Wilson, provided massive diplomatic support and arms supplies to the Nigerian military government, which facilitated a naval/air blockade causing widespread starvation.
Key Aspects of UK Policy Against Biafra (1967–1970) Military Aid: Britain was the main supplier of arms to Nigeria (along with the USSR), supplying millions of rounds of ammunition, machine guns, grenades, and armored cars.
Economic Interest: Whitehall feared that a broken Nigeria would threaten British oil investments, particularly those of Shell-BP, then largely controlled by the British government.
Supporting Federalism: The UK sought to maintain a unified Nigeria, seeing Biafran independence as a threat to stability and British regional influence.
#Diplomatic Pressure: British High Commissioner in Lagos, David Hunt, pressured officials against supporting Biafra, often disregarding reports of Nigerian brutality.
Opposition to Secession: #London ignored reports of massacres of Igbos (the basis for secession) and officially denounced the breakaway state.
Humanitarian Concerns: The British policy was highly controversial, facing domestic pressure due to the starvation, yet the government continued to support the blockade against Biafra.
Current Relations: Modern tensions exist, with the UK providing asylums to some Biafrans asylum seekers escaping violence in the South-East, which the Nigerian government has deemed "disrespectful" and a continuation of interference.

We are going to remember those whose deaths were used to de-market Biafra. It was all part of destruction plan. Just to destroy IPOB by criminalizing self-determination.
All the intelligence for those contractual killings in Biafraland were known by Nigeria government but it was all part of a plan. So, we must acknowledge this shortfalls and accept that damage was done, even though the IPOB leadership was not sleeping. Even though the leadership shouted and tried to warn our people.
Although some people are now aware of the game and are gradually healing, now is not the time to hold back. We must continue especially now that the time requires honest men.
