On 3 September 2026, the Unified Administrative Permanent Missions of the United States of Biafra (Restored), in cooperation with the United States of Biafra Permanent Mission in Australia and the United States, formally submitted a diplomatic correspondence to Ms. Ahunna Eziakonwa (@ahunnaeziakonwa), United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Special Adviser on Africa.

The submission calls for strategic policy guidance, coordinated engagement across relevant UN mechanisms, and appropriate monitoring concerning the rights, security, identity, and political future of the Biafran people.

The correspondence was accompanied by our sovereign instruments and supporting documentation. Certain additional documents remain confidential at this stage and will not be disclosed publicly.

We now await the appropriate consideration and response from the Office of the Special Adviser on Africa.

There is a serious decline in the use of the Igbo language, especially among Millennials and Gen Z.

A language dies when its children stop speaking it.

If we don’t act urgently, we risk raising generations of Igbo children who cannot speak Igbo and eventually pushing the language towards extinction.

We need to make Igbo exciting again.

I remember growing up with Akụkọ Ifo, Mbe stories, proverbs, songs and folklore. They didn’t just teach us the language; they taught us who we were.

We must bring that experience back using technology, animation, games, music and storytelling.

We cannot allow that to happen to Igbo.

BBC: Britain’s Biased Coverage
Same script since Biafra. Now with a paid extra.

BBC Africa Eye just dropped Faith, Fear and Fake News — a 27-minute sermon telling you the Christian-genocide file in Nigeria is mostly activist hype, bad stats, and social-media panic. “Complex web.” “Both sides die.” “Governance failure.” Translation: stop looking at the pattern. Look at the “nuance.”

That is not a new discovery. That is the BBC’s house style.

The current cut

One of the loudest “I was there” voices selling the no-genocide line is photojournalist Philip “Flip” Holsinger. He was taken on a tour by  Nigerian security in armored vehicles, then told America the media had it wrong: harmony in the villages, Tinubu’s forces making “enormous strides,” activists the real problem. He left out the invoice.

FARA filings show DCI Group — the Washington lobby hired through by National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu — paid Holsinger $54,560 in January–March 2026 (“photography services,” retainer, expenses). Thirteen days after the second check, the Daily Caller piece landed. The Washington Examiner encore arrived in May: Don’t believe the activists: There is no ‘Christian genocide’ in Nigeria. DCI then cited that column in letters to Congress to defend Abuja.

Nigeria’s $9 million brief to DCI was explicit: communicate that the government is protecting Christians and keep U.S. support flowing. Holsinger was not a random freelancer who stumbled into the same conclusion. He was inventory. Bought and paid for.

The new BBC film performs the same argument for a global audience: pick apart Intersociety’s numbers, inflate the “fake news” frame, treat the genocide label as the threat. Abuja bought the talking points in Washington. The BBC packaged them as investigation.

Biafra: the original receipt

This is not a one-off. It is institutional memory.

July 1967. Frederick Forsyth arrives in Enugu as a BBC correspondent. London briefing comes from Gerald Watrous, head of the BBC West Africa Service — “obedient servant,” Forsyth later wrote, of the Commonwealth Relations Office, which swallowed every word from High Commissioner Sir David Hunt in Lagos. Hunt’s line: brilliant Federal army, two-to-four-week war, Ojukwu the problem. Hunt, Forsyth said, was a racist snob who liked Gowon because Gowon leapt to attention and loathed Ojukwu because he did not.

Forsyth filed what he saw: the “all-conquering march” was not happening. Hunt complained to the CRO. The CRO complained to the BBC. The BBC accused Forsyth of “pro-rebel bias” and recalled him. In February 1968 he walked out, “fed up with the slavishness of the BBC to Whitehall,” and went back on his own ticket.

John Simpson later bragged he helped get Forsyth sacked for slipping “Biafran propaganda” into copy. Forsyth’s version: he refused to read Whitehall fan fiction on air. Both versions agree on the machine. The man on the ground was the problem. The High Commission was the source.

People actually living inside Biafra said the same thing in real time. A 1969 Spectator letter from a British administrative officer’s wife in the East: BBC newsreel handed on Chief Enahoro’s denials of civilian bombing as fact while she had seen the craters in Aba, Umuahia, Orlu, Owerri, Awgu. “No conclusion is possible except that they were just aiming at the middle of the town.” The Africa Service, she and others wrote, refused for months even to use the word Biafra. Towns “fell” on BBC before Federal troops arrived. Collapse was always imminent. Gowon’s case was the default. Biafra’s was the claim.

The National Archives still hold the paper: FCO 26/305 and 26/306 — “BBC news reporting on Biafra with claims of inaccuracies and bias,” 1968–69. Not a tweet. A government file. When coverage slipped off the Federal line, Lagos and Whitehall noticed.

Meanwhile Britain was not a spectator. Wilson’s government kept the ammunition flowing — millions of rounds, Saladins, Saracens, mortars, artillery — while telling Parliament it was merely “reasonable quantities” to the legal government. Oil was the point. Shell-BP’s fields were in the East. One Nigeria was the doctrine.

An international observer team, assembled under British pressure, operated in Federal-held territory, declared “no genocide,” and gave Whitehall the quote it needed. It did not live in the enclave being starved. The genocide story, one British official later gloated, was “killed stone dead.” The children kept dying.

That is the pattern:

The one time a BBC man slipped

June’s Surviving Biafra was not the same hatchet job as this week’s film. Biafran voices still tore into it — Federal family at the center, grandson of a 3 Marine Commando officer directing, language that kept sliding toward “rebels” and “separatists,” Asaba and Aburi and the blockade left too thin. Fair criticism. The film was a compromise object, not a confession.

The real detonation was not the archival footage. It was the interview with former BBC correspondent Martin Bell. On the corporation’s own program, Bell said the BBC had been “disrespectfully in the pocket of the British government,” and that British policy was driven by oil in the breakaway East. That is the quiet part. A brief moment of honesty from the British government’s house organ — then back to the hymn sheet.

This week’s film is the hymn sheet again. Question the count. Scold the witnesses. Bless the map.

Empire Service, 1932: built to project Britain into the colonies. World Service after that: still the voice that decides which African dead are a tragedy and which are a “narrative.” Nigeria’s unity, oil, and “stability” remain British interests.

So the reflex remains. In 1967 they recalled the reporter who would not recite Hunt’s brief. In 2026 they recycle Abuja’s lobby copy and call it an investigation.

They titled this one Fake News.

Correct. Just not in the direction they meant.

We are preparing to seek leave from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (@uscourts) to file an amicus curiae brief concerning President Bola #Tinubu’s asserted privacy interests. Pursuant to D.D.C. Local Civil Rule 7(o)(2), today we notified Plaintiff Aaron Greenspan, @TheJusticeDept, and President #Tinubu’s counsel. We are awaiting their responses before filing.

Our argument is straightforward: the #Nigerian Statehouse Statement blunder does not automatically eliminate President #Tinubu’s privacy protections, but when his own Presidency voluntarily places the records, litigation, and privacy claim into the international public debate through an official government statement, we believe it destroys the weight of his asserted privacy interest under Exemption 7(C).

Nigerian President #Tinubu cannot ask a federal court to protect his alleged #heroin trafficking records on privacy grounds while simultaneously using the power of the #Nigerian Presidency to "publicly" discuss those same records and state "obvious untruths" about what the official @FBI, @DEAHQ, and court records actually say. You cannot claim privacy before the Court and then blatantly misrepresent the records to the public. That might work in Nigeria; it does not work in the United States.

The public and the Court are hereby notified regarding case *1:26-cv-01917-BAH* filed in DC/Maryland.

1. DISSOLVED CRC HAS NO STANDING

The dissolved CRC headed by Emma Maduabum (video) that elected Oge Nkere as APM has been dissolved by a legally, officially constituted BRGIE Cabinet meeting in November 2024 (see video of dissolution of CRC by majority cabinet vote). A dissolved entity has no legal personality and cannot sue, cannot claim assets, and cannot claim to represent BRGIE or USB in any court in DC or Maryland.

ALL THE PARTIES IN THIS CASE (except PMs name illegally attached ) ARE FRAUD, DECEIT, AND ILLEGAL (Emma Maduabum,Ogechukwu Nkere, Elias illegally constituted and elected Ogechukwu Nkere as their APM after dissolution).

It is ridiculous that this same dissolved CRC will now be fighting for BRGIE in court. BRGIE (Biafra Republic Government In Exile) has completed its mandate and has transformed into the United States of Biafra following the Self-Referendum (February 2024 - November 2024) and the Lahti Declaration of November 29, 2024. BRGIE no longer exists as a separate entity.

2. WHO FILED THE CASE

Case 1:26-cv-01917-BAH was NOT filed by the United States of Biafra Government.

It was filed by *Chioma Okeoma*, who has been attacking USB Government while pretending to be standing with PM Simon Ekpa in Finland with the red tie (excerpts attached). The filing uses the name of Ogechukwu Nkere (defendant) and Elias.

It is stunning why only Simon Ekpas name et al. Is flying on social media while the real culprit Chioma Okeomas name is not even with their own press releases.

The United States of Biafra Government is NOT a party to this case. Any such case claiming to fight for BRGIE will only succeed if USB itself is involved. As it stands, this filing is fraudulent impersonation and should be disregarded.

3. WARNING IGNORED — USE OF DETAINED PM'S NAME

I warned them to remove PM Simon Ekpa's name from the lawsuit as he is in detention in Finland and cannot authorize any lawsuit, but they refused.

Under US law, you cannot use a detained person's name to file a lawsuit without his written authorization and his lawyers' consent.

4. URGENT CONCERN — ATTEMPT TO IMPLICATE AND PUNISH THE PM

They want to implicate the PM whom Oge Nkere, the defendant, and Elias have been targeting.

I am concerned that they may all be working together to punish PM Simon Ekpa and to liquidate him and his organization while he is defenseless in detention.

The continued use of PM's name in this US case without his consent, after warning, appears to be a deliberate attempt to implicate him in litigation he did not authorize.

I call on all relevant authorities, the Finnish detention facility, the DC Court clerk, and Biafrans worldwide to note that *no filing using PM Simon Ekpa's name in case 1:26-cv-01917-BAH is authorized by him or by the legitimate USB Government.

MISLEADING INFORMATION FROM DOS 4th ADMINISTRATION AT BIAFRA PRISONS AND TERRITORY

It has come to the attention of the United States of Biafra (USB) Government in Homeland that some individuals parading themselves as DOS IPOB Organization 4th Administration went to visit some detained Indigenous Biafrans at prisons in Biafra territory (video attached).

Reports reaching the USB Government confirm that these DOS 4th Administration agents told the Biafrans in jail that Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will conduct another Referendum for them. They lied to them that the Referendum already conducted by PM Simon Ekpa from February 2024 to November 2024 is not valid.

The USB citizens inside a particular prison ignored the DOS agents and informed them that the USB New Christian Nation is already declared and there will not be any other Referendum in Biafra territory. MNK did not say he will do another referendum. He is in detention. Those promoting this in his name are misleading USB citizens and some international bodies. Do not take them serious. Any talk of Referendum for Biafra people is coming from the neighboring Nigeria terrorist state and their delegitimized politicians in Biafra territory.

We already completed our self-referendum in 2024 and declared USB on November 29, 2024 in Lahti (referendum - declaration video attached).

Nigerian President Bola Tinubu (@officialABAT) and his associates are, as expected, spreading stories and documents to cloud the matter. For example, the letter below is alleged by President Tinubu’s associate (@renoomokri) to be from the U.S. Embassy in Nigeria (@USinNigeria). If authentic, given the @FBI’s recent admission, it raises questions about whether a U.S. agency provided inaccurate information.

But a close examination raises questions about the letter’s authenticity. It contains glaring spelling and grammatical errors: “czheck” instead of “check,” “maitatins” instead of “maintains,” and “it’s territories” instead of “its territories.” It also states, “The result of the checks were negative,” instead of “The result of the checks was negative,” uses the incomplete phrase “nor information of your department,” and says “contact me direct” instead of “contact me directly.”

Given these errors, we find it very difficult to accept this letter as authentic without independent verification. Dear President #Tinubu and associates: if this document is not authentic, presenting a fabricated document as an official U.S. government communication is a serious matter and may have legal consequences under U.S. law.
