@gtsmyth23 @runemmarun I just asked the same thing and they told me it’s a security update and if you need to change the reference a new payee needs to be setup each time from scratch 🙃

@philips_uk Thank you, mine doesn’t need charging as it plugs into the mains, I have cleaned everything a million times, the white light comes on saying everything is fine but it just won’t flash when I hold down the button, it’s only 6 months only. None of attachments I have work with it.
