@iddux @strnr @NIHFunding If software DOI are forbidden to be referenced in grant proposals this is 100% at cross purposes to the NIH resource sharing policy and they must modernize the policy asap. Reviewers must recognize this disconnect and I know of no precedent where this was flagged as a concern.
