I gave this some thought and have tried to come up with a baseline list of accounts I trust to present accurate content and thoughtful human analysis. This is not even remotely comprehensive, but it is a good place to start:

For general news: @FaytuksNetwork is second to none and unlike the aforementioned OSINT account, actual humans verify information. Those actual humans have accounts as well but there are far too many to list.

For general OSINT: @TheIntelFrog, @Schizointel, @MenchOsint, and @DefenceGeek are your best bets. He is far more than an OSINT account, but if you have any interest in the Russia-Ukraine War, @RALee85 is a must follow.

For commentary and analysis across a variety of fields: @RKelanic, @GregPriddy1, @gbrew24, @Mpolymer, @citrinowicz, @ProfTalmadge, @policytensor, @BrettErickson28, @meiselasb, @hissgoescobra, @BrewerEricM, @WeaponScientist, @ArmsControlWonk, @PaperMissiles, @JamesRaxz, @AnalyticaCamil1, and @ac209Kali will cover a lot of bases.

For naval and aviation issues, my main focus: @Aviation_Intel, @mercoglianos, @MikeSchuler, @supbrow, @ArmchairAdml, @thenewarea51, @ianellisjones, @vcdgf555, @the_engi_nerd, @MCCCANM, @TomSharpe134, @AndrewSErickson, @BDHerzinger and @tshugart3 (the latter three are keeping a closer eye on China's naval advancements than just about anyone, including the US government I'm afraid).

For imagery analysis and geolocation: @GeoConfirmed, @tom_bike, @AtlasObserver, @EGYOSINT, @MT_Anderson.

For journalists: @idreesali114, @JimLaPorta, @DanLamothe, @KToropin, @phildstewart, @ZcohenCNN.

Again, this is not even remotely comprehensive and I know I'm leaving some important people out but you'll be a more informed human in the world if you follow any/all of these accounts.

All three came after me and my father. All three are liars and frauds. All three served the interests of Donald Trump. And they are just the tip of the iceberg.
