Is anyone aware of any data that says chemo needs to start instantaneously for patients with small cell lung ca? Even before staging is complete? #lcsm

It is our job to make patients understand that a small delay is not going to be the end of the world. After all it is not like the cancer appeared yesterday. All you do is create stress and make me have to rush the more complicated part of the treatment #lcsm

@Aiims1742 @ChaurasiaMD @Vince_BernPag @TaniguchiMD @rweichselbaum Seems like st least 20% of residency slots need to be eliminated. Natural equilibrium (or market correction) will not be reached as long as there is SOAP to fill all of the unwanted slots. This seems obvious.
