@Kaya_health_x Fiji water is high in vanadium (good stuff), which helps to activate Nrf2 pathway (good in moderation), but that in turn increases sulfite production. Headache is likely from slow clearance of sulfite.
Another possible explanation is that taurine activates NRF2 pathway, thus lowering oxidative stress.
Psychosis is caused by high oxidative stress in the brain

the evidence is plenty at this point.
Taurine could be a treatment for pyschosis.
4 grams a day here shown to improve symptoms like hallucinations, paranoia and delusions.
That's likely due to taurine's ability to act as an inhibitory neurotransmitter.
GABAnergic and anti-glutamate properties. It's also one of the most abundant amino acids in the brain.
Very interesting take on AI school. I think this will happen. Also first AI clinics (already building, legislation must follow).
Beast ruling X - not gonna happen. Too big male egos of the two and running shows/food is not the same as skills as running AI product company :)
15. US government will announce that Earth is being monitored by higher intelligence species and we're not the apex predators after all.
Be very careful about using AI for healthcare questions. Grok misdiagnosed my MRI, still thinks COVID shots are safe and effective and will argue that Hydroxychloroquine/ivermectin donβt work.
@anabology Patients are misaligned with doctor as a profession. Patient wants not to be doctor's client.
That's fundamental.
I keep thinking what healthcare would look like if it gets paid for the result, which is healthy people. Sounds like utopia.
@ablechild literature is available. Someone in FDA needs to learn to read and understand cellular biology and have a voice.

and more.
I study how cells work. And when it comes to SSRI, I researched the studies that show mechanistic effect of them on other targets specifically.
It's not correct to think that any medication acts only on the declared target. It can bind to thousands of targets and have some effect on many pathways.
@bilalfarooqui Almost free healthcare is not possible with human doctors unless paid from the city/federal budgets.
With AI as a doctor it should be possible. I hope we're getting there.
