Sam Altman just pulled the plug on his Roadster reservation after 7.5 years of delays.

The OpenAI CEO posted screenshots of his order confirmation and cancellation side by side:

"I really was excited for the car...

"And I understand delays. But 7.5 years has felt like a long time to wait."

Elon's been a little busy revolutionizing: space travel(SpaceX landed reusable rockets), AI, social media, and humanoid robots (Optimus will change manufacturing forever).

The Roadster is coming. When it does, it'll be worth the wait.
