@ParentPay I have requested 2 withdrawals from my childs account for just other £400. on June 26th they both showed as withdrawn and then on June 28th they have both been credited back to the parent pay account. Really need to get this back and not very happy at being £400 down.

@ParentPay I've had school trips refunded to my parentpay account . they were paid over 6months ago they have had to be split between my mastercard and bank. THis exceeded the 3 withdrawal in 3 month so you are now holding £930 of my money which I cannot get back. Please help
