I'm Giles. I'm 21, and I'm building Rōvn.
Rōvn is the operating network for the healthcare workforce. The idea is simple: a clinician should get verified once and carry that trust everywhere, instead of re-proving the same license and history at every facility while months disappear and people who are ready to work sit waiting on paperwork.
I know how young that sounds for a problem this heavy. I'm doing it anyway, and I'm going to document the whole thing here. The wins, the walls I hit, the parts I get wrong and fix. No highlight reel.
If you want to watch someone build this from zero, follow along. Day one starts now.
@reidhoffman I made it one of my goal to be personally mentored by you.
