His family claims his wife & her family threatened him on smallest of things of sending him to jail or killing him

A small dispute of giving medicines to the kids and his wife called her family. They came. Beat him up to his death

This isn't an isolated case. So many men have reached out to us with exactly the same complaint - extreme interference by wife, her family, total control over how the husband and his family should be, immediate arrival & nasty fights over smallest of arguments, threats of false cases and violence if their demands are not met.

So many husbands have been beaten like this along with their parents by wife and her family

I have myself shared such videos here. Sadly, police doesn't even register an FIR from husband's side if one or two bones are not broken.

Countless families of men are living in absolute fear because of constant threats and demands by wife and her family but raising a voice means further victimization of such men by false cases and rounds of courts.

Indian laws believe violence can be perpetrated only from one side in a marriage - husband's side. They totally ignore women can be abusive, control freak and violent too and have family members who can make life of a man hell.

Unfortunately no matter how many such murders, our lawmakers are sleeping

அமைச்சர் @Keerthana4VNR அவர்கள் மேடைகளில் பேசும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் பல அடிப்படைப் பிழைகள் இருந்தாலும், திமுக தரப்பில் இருந்து யாரும் அதை ஒரு குறையாகச் சுட்டிக்காட்டி விமர்சிக்கவில்லை. ஏனென்றால், மொழி என்பது வெறும் தொடர்பு சாதனம் மட்டுமே. ஒருவருக்கு மொழியை விடச் செயல்பாடுகளே முக்கியம் என்பது எங்களுடைய நம்பிக்கை.

ஆனால், இவ்வளவு பெரிய பொறுப்பில் இருக்கும் ஒரு அமைச்சர், பள்ளிகளுக்கு ஆய்வுக்குச் செல்லும்போது குழந்தைகளிடம் எப்படிப் பேச வேண்டும் என்கிற அடிப்படைப் பக்குவம் கூட இல்லாமல் நடந்துகொள்வதுதான் வன்மையாகக் கண்டிக்கத்தக்கது.

பள்ளிகளுக்குச் செல்லும்போது மாணவர்களை ஊக்கப்படுத்த வேண்டும். பெண் குழந்தைகளுக்குக் கல்வியின் அவசியத்தை உணர்த்தி அவர்களின் எதிர்காலத்திற்குத் தன்னம்பிக்கை கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.

அதை விடுத்து, மாணவர்களின் தன்னம்பிக்கையை உடைக்கும் வகையிலும், அவர்கள் பள்ளிக்கே வர பயப்படும் வகையிலும் நடந்துகொள்வது ஒரு அமைச்சருக்கு அழகல்ல. மாணவச் செல்வங்களிடம் தாழ்வு மனப்பான்மையை வளர்க்கும் இதுபோன்ற அமைச்சர்கள் பள்ளிகளுக்குள் செல்லாமல் இருப்பதே நல்லது.

குழந்தைகளிடம் எப்படிப் பேச வேண்டும், அவர்களுக்கு எவ்வாறு நம்பிக்கை கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்பதை தவெக அமைச்சர்கள் முதலில் கற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்!

Her name is Anju Devi.

On December 9 2024 her son Atul Subhash died in his Bengaluru apartment. He was 34 years old.

He left a 24 page note and an 81 minute video. He named the people he said broke him. He documented four years. 120 court hearings. 40 trips between Bengaluru and Jaunpur.

Before he died he said one thing about his ashes.

If I win against this system immerse them in the Ganga. If I lose throw them in the gutter outside the court.

After he died Anju Devi had one question.

Where is my grandson.

His name is Vyom. He was 4 years old. Nobody told her where he was.

She went to the Supreme Court. Filed a habeas corpus petition. Asked the court to find her grandson.

The court informed her the child was at a boarding school in Faridabad. It observed him briefly on a video call.

Then it told her this.

Sorry to say but the child is a stranger to the petitioner.

Her petition was dismissed.

The criminal case against the accused has been adjourned to November 20 2026. The presiding officer was on leave.

She lost her son. Then went to the highest court in India to find his child.

The court told her she was a stranger.

Vyom is 5 years old today. He does not know what happened yet.

One day he will read that note. Watch that video. And wonder why his grandmother fought so hard just to hold him once.

She is still waiting.
