Today, many Iranians with mandatory conscription records are being treated as if they were IRGC members. That is not what was promised.

Canada must issue clear guidelines for IRCC and CBSA to distinguish people forced into compulsory conscription from genuine IRGC members. Mandatory conscription alone should not be used to punish innocent applicants. Protect national security through fair assessment.
