@hyderabaddoctor Doctor - I do 3 sessions of running and 4 sessions of strength every week - My RHR is around 45-46 but VO2 max stuck at 52 for last 3 months. How do i improve my V02?
My school friend passed away today at 45 after a bypass surgery. Sedentary lifestyle, too much outside food, alcohol - it all adds up. Sugar and unchecked habits quietly do the damage.
