Tom has been working with Youth Work coach Clare in #Widnes. Together they have built a rapport to overcome many barriers to employment. With the use of #Access2Work Tom has now secured a job and his confidence has soared. Good to follow his progress. Well done to you both !

I honestly can’t stress how awful & what a toll it is on my mental health it is trying to forge a career in the media & having a complex disability, meaning I’m 💯 % reliant on #Access2Work to have a job - they invent barriers & treat me like a criminal just for wanting to work
I just want to 😢 #Access2Work now saying I have to provide with 2mnths notice the exact places/courts/sports/newslines I’m going to be reporting on in order to put anything in place - newslines change from min to min- how am I meant to get the support I need

When you’ve had a hell of a day dealing with #Access2Work & once again are having to give reasons for why you don’t do what they consider a ‘normal job for a disabled person’ in an industry they don’t understand sometimes cake & coffee with old friends are what the dr ordered
