#Kalbadevi #CWard

144/146, ERSKINE ROAD... @mybmcWardC The illegal work remians untouched, unattended. अवैध काम आज दिन तक अछूता और अनदेखा किया जा रहा है। @MCGM_Building #BPWadala @MhadaMitra #CWARD All of these officials are very well aware of these facts, yet they are all at rest, ये सारे अधिकारी इन बातों से बा-खबर हैं, पर फिर भी आराम से बैठे हैं। @mybmc Watch the detailed version, देखिए विस्तार में . ░▒▓█ @Riyazdkashmiri █▓▒░

#Unauthorized construction under the name of #Mhada work order. Despite of numerous complaints building Factory C ward and Mhada C-2 division departments are neglecting there duties due to some personal benefits. Executive Engineer has replied to Assistant Engineer #Cward with letter that copy of approved plan and work order is attached but no copy of approved plan is attached with the letter. I request the Chief officer -Milind Shambharkar of M. B. R &R board , Dy CE - Damodar Suryavanshi and Assistant Commissioner Vishnu Vidhate to look into this matter as per sources Executive Engineer Mahesh Jadhav has strong financial relation with contractor and helps the contractor to get all the unauthorized construction work to his firm, if CDR of officer will be checked all the truth will be cleared. Construction works commenced by the same contractor. 1- 108/112 Shaikh Memon Street ( C ward) 2- 208/210/212 Abdul Rehman Street (C ward) 3- 11/15 3rd Agyari lane (C ward) 4- 19A Jariwala Building, Adeshri Dady Street ( D ward) 5- Building 1-C Mahatrapakady Mazgaon ( E ward) 6- On J. S. S road ( C ward) All the photos of above mentioned work has been attached. Owner/contractor has commenced structural changes , additional alteration, amalgamation, additional floor, construction of Non-tally portion which is strictly against the work order issued. On the inspection of documents and files in the office of Mhada it's seen that many false and fabricated documents and plan has been added to file. Also no copy approved plan was seen in the file. It's not possible to add the false documents and plan in file without the help of officials. As per sources this contractor is habitual offender and well known to carry out most of (illegal) unauthorized construction in the ward C, D, E. Also the its known that same contractor is carrying out large numbers of unauthorized construction ongoing in C ward. As per sources that contractor has high contacts in area wise police station hand uses the authority to pressurize the complainer by threatening to frame in false case and make them frame and caught under extortion case. Soon we will approch higher authority of Police, MCGM and MHADA to investigate this matter. In coming edition of MUMBAI POLICE KO SALAAM SOCIAL MEDIA NEWS we will provide all the documentary proofs . @mybmcWardB @mybmcWardC @mybmcWardD @mybmcWardE @mybmc @mhadaofficial @MhadaMitra @SJaiswal_IAS @MAHA_UDD @iac_registered @TOIMumbai @CMOMaharashtra @mieknathshinde @BJP4Maharashtra @MumbaiPolice @ACB_Maharashtra #illegal #Corruption @RahulN_Office @MCGM_BMC @MCGMConstPermit @MCGM_Building Aur sutron Ki Mane to Gulam contractor ke pass Bangladeshi bhi bahut kam Karte Hain ?
